We are looking for plots of land which cover at least 4 acres and fulfill one of the following criteria:

If your property proofs to be suitable, we will offer an attractive lease contract, which will be concluded between you as the owner and OSTWIND.
This contract will ensure the installation of a modern solar farm on your estate. Without risk, and guaranteed by the contract, OSTWIND will develop the project and meet all necessary requirements in order to successfully build and run the solar farm.
Usually, the lease contract covers a period between 20 and 30 years. For the whole utilization period, the owner of the property will receive an attractive, ensured rent.
After signing the contract, OSTWIND begins with the development of the solar farm.
We bear all cost related to the development, construction, maintenance as well as the dismantling of the solar plant at the end of its scheduled operating life.
Upon expiry of the lease, OSTWIND will restore the plot of land to its original condition and the exclusive right of use will be restored to the owner.
